Level 1 Introductory Awareness Initial engagement with basic concepts and fundamental content. Focus is on identifying and recalling key elements.
Level 2 Growth Awareness Emerging comprehension of more detailed ideas, beginning to interpret meanings beyond surface-level understanding.
Level 3 Skill Development Applying analytical skills to understand and evaluate more complex content, integrating critical thinking into various disciplines.
Level 4 Strategic Advancement Demonstrates structured understanding, supported by clear arguments and evidence, with the ability to make connections between different fields.
Level 5 Visionary Integration Synthesizing diverse materials and building cohesive knowledge by connecting insights across disciplines and themes.

Each level includes growth criteria evaluated using a rubric with the following performance levels:

  • 3 - Good: Competent and consistent performance.
  • 2 - Satisfactory: Basic understanding with some effort needed for improvement.
  • 1 - Needs Improvement: Minimal understanding, requiring significant guidance.
